What is the rental fee for the Venue?

When are the payments due?

The facility fee is due upon booking and signing your contract. Any payments related to food or beverage are due 21 days before the date of your event.

How do I reserve a date?

To reserve a date at The Venue at Stonewolf, email us at [email protected]. We recommend giving us a backup date in case your preferred date is unavailable. You can schedule a tour here. Dates are reserved on a first requested basis. Whomever has paid the room rental deposit first will have the date.

How do I schedule a tour, or can I just drop by?

We kindly request that all tours are by appointment only. You can request a tour by contacting Rachael Kell at 618-830-9904 or email at [email protected].

Is there a food and beverage or guest count minimum?

All events must choose one of liquor packages with the Venue at Stonewolf. You can use our catering service or choose from one of our Catering Partners.

Do you offer 8 Ft./Farm Tables instead of round tables?

We have a limited number of farmhouse tables onsite that can be used for your gift table, head table, etc. We offer 8 Ft. long table or 60 inch round table set ups to accommodate your event. Please reach out to an event coordinator for set up diagrams.

Are there overnight accommodations nearby?

Yes, we have 8 hotels within a 5 mile radius of our facility! 

What is included in the rental fee?

Not only do you get a great new venue, we include linen, glassware, silverware, napkins, napkin rings, chargers, and a trip to our decor room to pick the perfect centerpiece. The Venue offers over 2,000 decor items to choose from on your perfect day.

What forms of payment are accepted?

Cash, check, or charge card. 3% fee will be added to charge cards.

Do you include a “Wedding Day Coordinator”?

Yes, we offer a Venue Coordinator to help you with all things venue related and to assist you the day of your wedding as well!

Catering & Planning

What time Does the music need to end?

Music must conclude by 11:00pm. Couples have up to an hour after their end time to
collect their personal belongings and personal decorations.

What time do you suggest we start the ceremony or event?

We suggest starting Friday weddings at 5:00 pm, Saturday weddings between 3:00 – 5:00 pm, and Sunday weddings at 3:00 – 4:00 pm. We offer other options if you wish.

We are using a rental company. Can they drop items off or pick them up outside of the rental period?

Rental items can be dropped off the day of the event or the day prior if space is available.

How far in advance do you need our final headcount?

Two weeks prior to your event.

Are outside snacks and trays permitted?

Outside food may be brought in and stored in the Kitchen or Fridges if space is available at the discretion of the event coordinator.

What is the event clean-up process?

The Venue at Stonewolf and catering staff will handle all standard clean up and trash removal throughout and following the wedding reception. All other items must be taken the night of the event, no exceptions. An event clean-up fee could be applicable.
